Dining space of Rakas Restaurant & Bar and the private dining room Salarakas are excellent venues for organizing meetings and private functions, all with sparkling servings.
Our Salarakas cabinet has all the conventional conference facilities and equipment, such as a data projector, white screen, flipchart, note-taking supplies, and wireless internet connection. We also provide plenty of free parking with breathtaking views deep into the beautiful nature of Lapland.

Would you prefer larger facilities or something a little more different? We have plenty of alternatives from a fairytale-like hidden cabin set in the heart of the forest to a conference facility taking over a thousand participants, adapted to satisfy your theme preferences.

Santa Claus Secret Forest is located 20 kilometers from the Rovaniemi city center, by the beautiful Lake Sierijärvi. In addition to versatile venues, Santa Claus Secret Forest offers various programs and activities to spice up your event, such as lessons of Santa’s Helpers Training and a visit to Santa’s secret Christmas Command Center.
